Conference for users, service providers and developers of free and Open Source software.
Pre-registration is now closed, but you'll be able to get tickets at the entrance. And it's cheap, check the program pages:
Conferences and workshops are in english or german, according to the program descriptions.
Besides keynotes from Stefano Mazzocchi (MIT, Apache Software Foundation) and
Georg Greve (FSF Europe), a dense program of more than 40 presentations about Open Source is on offer, covering various domains like software, technical aspects, projects, business and legal aspects, and public administration.
Projects, companies and organizations present include, among others, Mozilla Europe,
the Wine project, Novell, Sun Microsystems, /ch/open, and MozDev.
To finish on a musical note, Kemp Productions is going to host an OpenJam on Saturday evening. Don't leave too soon!
The 2004 conference was a success with more than 500 visitors. The LOTS team
looks forward to meeting even more people interested in or working with Open
Source software, or just people willing to know more about it, for the 2005 edition.
